ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT
Though electronic in form, this agreement describes all of the terms and conditions (ìTermsî) between Careitas, LLC (ìCareitas.comî) and you ("Userî) and governs the use of the services offered on the Careitas.com website (ìSiteî). To become a member of the Site, you must read and agree to the Terms. It is also recommended that you read our Privacy Policy for your own edification.
We reserve the right at any time to make changes to this policy and will post a notice of the same on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to read the revised Terms of Use.
ELIGIBILTY TO USE THE SITE
By using the Site, you agree that you possess the authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by the Terms. Our services are not available to persons under the age of eighteen (18) or to anyone who may not legally work within the United States. Our services are currently available only to citizens of the United States. The Site is not available to anyone who has been convicted of a felony, particularly any criminal offense characterized as a sexual offense. Any falsification regarding age, background, qualifications, experience, criminal offenses or eligibility for employment in the United States is not the responsibility of Careitas.com.
CAREITAS.COM IS A VENUE
Careitas.com is an online location facilitating the connection of Care Seekers and Care Providers and a forum for the free exchange of ideas between the Users of the Site. The users of the Site do hereby agree and represent that Careitas.com has no control over the quality, timing or any other aspect of the services actually provided by the Care Providers or of the integrity or responsibility of the actions of any of the members of the Site. All Users, Care Seekers, Care Providers or any other member agree not to hold Careitas.com, its officers, directors, agents, employees or third parties liable for any misrepresentation or advice or services initiated on the Site.
JURISDICTION AND CHOICE OF FORUM
Any dispute arising out of the use of the Site and/or the Service shall be any such dispute will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

NOTICE OF TRADEMARK RIGHTS
The trademarks Careitas.com and the Careitas.com logo are marks owned by Careitas.com. Any other trademarks, logos and/or trade names appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Users acknowledge the right of Careitas.com and the respective third parties in those marks. Users may not copy or use any of these marks, logos or trade names without prior written permission of the owner as expressly allowed by these Terms of Use.
REGISTERED AGENCY MEMBERS
CCompanies, corporations, organizations or other entities (each referred to here as an ìAgencyî) may register their identifying information and become ìRegistered Agency Members.î Registered Agency Members participate in the Careitas.com community by creating a Profile similar to Care Provider Members, and posting content, tools and other services that may appeal to Careitas.com Users. To register as an Agency Member, please contact the Careitas.com Member Services Department at memberservices@careitas.com.
Every registered Agency Member receives a unique screenname and password. As a registered Agency member, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You may change your password at any time by updating your account settings on the Careitas.com Site. You agree to immediately notify Careitas of any unauthorized use of your password or account, or any other breach of security. Careitas.com cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
SEARCH LIMITATIONS
Careitas.com reserves the right to impose limitations on the number of unique zip codes that a User can search to help ensure that the information is used only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
COMPLIANCE WITH THE COPPA
Careitas.com is intended for the use of individuals 18 or over. Careitas.com will not intentionally collect any information from any person under the age of 18. While we at Careitas.com take the Childrenís Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 seriously, we do not assume any responsibility for User misrepresentation of age or parental consent when using this Site. If it is determined that a User has provided us with any false information, that Userís membership will automatically be terminated.
THIRD PARTY WEBSITES
This Site may provide links to other sites on the Internet. These sites may contain materials that some Users find inappropriate. Careitas.com is not responsible for any material that may be found on such sites and any inclusion of such a link does not imply endorsement of the site by Careitas.com.

Careitas, LLC is the owner of this website as a whole and of any individual content on the website that is provided by Careitas.com employees, members or contributors who provide work under contract with Careitas, LLC. All Careitas.com content is protected under the copyright and intellectual property laws of the United States. The Careitas.com website also includes works that are the property of others, such as individual contributors or experts; these works, too, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may display and, unless otherwise noted, download and print out portions of our content solely for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any redistribution, retransmission or publication of any copyrighted material is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of the copyright owner. You agree not to change or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from Careitas.com.
LIABILITY
The material within the Site may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. Use of the Site is at the risk of the User. Careitas.com reserves the right to modify, add or remove portions of the Site at our discretion and without notice to the Users. You agree that you are solely responsible for the accuracy of the content that you place on the Site.
Careitas.com does its best to guarantee that the Site will operate error-free and that its servers are free of computer viruses or other harmful mechanisms.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
The maximum aggregate liabililty of Careitas.com under any contractual negligence, strict liabilty or other therory will be limited exclusively to the greater of (I) $1,000 or (II) a refund of payments we received from you during the grace period before the date of the liability claim.
TERMINATION
Careitas.com reserves the right to terminate access to all or part of the Site at our sole discretion and for any reason with or without notice. We may terminate your access if we find that you have provided us with false or misleading information, interfered with other Users or not complied with the Terms stated herein.
